Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey
In connection with our
status as certified 'Microsoft Small Business Specialists' we're taking
advantage of a Microsoft program that uses a third party firm to conduct
and tabulate results to access customer satisfaction.
You are among a group of just 20+ folks
that we've selected as prospective participants from among our larger
2007-2008 customer list.
So, if you're willing, please do accept the invitation and participate.
When you see it the survey it will be about 100 questions long and
despite that number can actually be completed rather quickly by
selecting among multiple choice responses.
We'd also like you to understand that we have some professional motivations at stake:

We want a verifiable reputation for good, even excellent service, so if there is something we can do (short of bribery) to encourage you to take the time to report that experience please ask?

We'd like to enhance our relationship with Microsoft. It turns out that completed and high quality surveys translate directly into opportunities for us to improve our status and benefits as a certified
